Founded by Clark Miles, MIWC is built on over 15 years of hands-on experience supporting refinery, petrochemical, and industrial water treatment operations across a wide range of systems and operating conditions. This experience spans wastewater treatment, cooling water, boiler and steam cycle chemistry, membrane systems, and process troubleshooting in demanding industrial environments.

Throughout his career in the water treatment industry, Clark’s focus has remained consistent: acting in the customer’s best interest. In an industry where technical guidance is often closely tied to chemical sales, MIWC was established to offer a different approach - one centered on objective analysis, practical solutions, and unbiased technical support.
